Throughout the year we host a series of special public events, including our annual general meeting, our Stone Soup fundraiser in March, and in the past, Stuff the School Bus. These events are important for raising the profile of child nutrition around the province.
There is nothing better than hot soup on a cold day, and a community coming together to share it. That’s what our Stone Soup fundraiser is all about. With the help of top local chefs, generous businesses and organizations, we showcase the value of collaboration and raise support for our programming.

Annual General Meeting
Every fall the Council enjoys the opportunity to celebrate the year’s accomplishments with Council members, funders, partners, volunteers, program coordinators, and others who are involved with, or impacted by, school nutrition programs.
The annual general meetings are a wonderful opportunity to thank all those who work hard to help school children learn, grow, and succeed by supporting breakfast, snack, and lunch programs.
